How to Configure Live Chat in your Infinity Store

As part of our mission to create the best experience for our Airbit family, we have revolutionized the Infinity Store with the Live Chat option. Live Chat strengthens the relationship between you and your customers, making you more accessible and providing a better experience for visitors.

Follow these steps to successfully setup Live Chat: 

  1. Log into your Infinity Store.
  2. Click the settings cog on the right to open the Configuration Panel.
  3. Scroll down in the General Section, turn the Live Chat on by toggling to Enable.
  4. Select your preferred Chat Platform - Facebook or Tidio.

Facebook Configuration

  1. Log into your Facebook account.
  2. Go to your Facebook Page.
  3. Click on the Settings tab within the left sidebar.
  4.  Click on the Advanced Messaging section within the left sidebar.
  5.  Inside the Whitelisted Domains field, add Airbit url “https://airbit.com” then click on SAVE.



  6. Go to your Page, then click About at the top. If you don't see it, click More.



  7. Scroll down to find your Page ID below MORE INFO and copy it



  8. Return back to your Infinity Store Live Chat configuration and paste it inside the Facebook Page ID field.
  9. Optional: Choose a theme color.
  10. Optional: Add a “Greeting Message” that people will see first on your chat screen.
  11. Click Save.

Tidio Configuration

  1. Create/log into your Tidio account.
  2. Go to: https://www.tidiochat.com/panel/channels/widget/integration.
  3. Select Javascript Code installation method if not already selected.
  4. Copy the generated code here.

     

  5. Return back to your Infinity Store Live Chat configuration and Paste it inside the “Code Snippet” field.



  6. Click SAVE.
