How to Allow Offers For Beats

Allowing people to make offers on your beats is a great way to entice customers who aren't willing to spend out - especially for your high end license like the Exclusive, which you may sell for hundreds or thousands of dollars

To enable offers:

  1. From your Dashboard, go to Selling Tools > Licenses & Contracts and click the Edit icon for the license you want to allow offers for

  2. Then simply click Yes next to Allow Offers and save the changes

When customers browse your store it will now show the option to Make an Offer

You can choose not to set a price if you don't want to, and the license will only show Best Offer, meaning customers will have to make an offer.

We recommend you allow customers to log in through your store
(Dashboard > Selling Tools > Selling Preferences) as they'll need to be logged in to submit an offer. If you don't allow this, a pop-up will show, asking them to log in before they can submit the offer

When you receive an offer from a customer you will receive an email notifying you of this. Head to Dashboard > My Sales > Best Offers to view all your offers

Once you open the offer you can negotiate, accept or reject it, and also send a message. A log of your conversation will be kept so you can keep track

Once you are happy, and accept the offer, the customer will have to make the payment within 48 hours, then the files will be sent as they normally are

You can enable offers for a whole license, but not for individual beats

Only Platinum members can allow offers on their beats. If you have a free account, you can upgrade here.
